The apartments
    
      The complex is entirely built in stone. The four guest apartments are independent one from another: each occupies an area of approx. 90 square metres and consists of: a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a major bedroom (double bed), a second bedroom (two single beds), and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower cubicle). The individual interior design is unique; each of these very comfortable apartments is furnished with nicely restored pieces from the early 20th century, and possesses its own exclusive outdoor space. In the two apartments named La Loggia and Il Roseto it is possible to convert the two-bed rooms into double bedrooms and to add up to two more beds.
The panoramic swimming pool is exclusively reserved for guests of Casa al Treggia.

     As it appears from the plan:

  1. The apartment "Le Ginestre" is entirely on the ground floor, with entrance from a courtyard paved with cobblestone.
  2. In the apartment "Il Roseto" the living room, the kitchen and one of the bathrooms are on the ground floor, while the two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the upper floor, reachable through an internal staircase. The entrance is equally from the cobblestone courtyard.
  3. The apartment "Le Querce" is situated entirely on the first floor, with access through an exterior staircase from the left side of the building.
  4. The apartment "La Loggia" is situated entirely on the first floor, with access through an exterior staircase from the right side of the building.
